Every housing association recognises the need to remain agile, resilient and support their residents in the uncertain and challenging times of the current operating environment.
Global events, such as the legacy impacts from BREXIT; rising costs; and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, have impacted the cost of living for everyone. No greater impact is being experienced by many social housing residents, who are on the lowest of incomes and are experience what is said to be the largest fall in living standards since records began.
